Blake Solomon

smart

Blake is a copywriter at Erwin Penland in NYC. Way back on 6.20.11, he was featured on MC during Creative Circus Week 2011. Since then, he’s had quite a four years: Denny’s, LL Bean, Mercedes-Benz, Sweet’N Low, Smart Car—but he’s still rocking one of MC’s favorite portfolio site homepages: faces of Blake. So Blake, in so many ways.

Stephen Lundberg

dennys

Stephen is a copywriter/CD at Ogilvy in NYC. Since his last post on MC (06.15.10), he moved to Ogilvy from Gotham and added a bunch of new work to his site—including the web series “Always Open” for Denny’s (above, from Gotham) with Dave Koechner, featuring comedians like Will Arnett, Amy Poehler and Sarah Silverman. Dig it.

Steve Rabosky

Steve is a copywriter/CD in Los Angeles, formerly CCO of Dailey, Saatchi LA and Ammirati London, and ECD of Chiat. Plus, one of the nicest guys in the biz. His site is so loaded with classic work for clients like Apple, Energizer and Toyota, it was nearly impossible to choose what to feature in this post. The frame above is from a Honda Fury spot. Sick.

Brett Minieri

Brett is a copywriter/ACD at Colangelo in NYC. Awesome mix of work on his site, from print to banners. Can we talk about banners for a second? The best way to show ’em? We think Brett’s nailed it. Motion screen capture, edited into a little video, and then posted on Vimeo. Easy for everyone. (NOTE: Motion capture software. We like iShowU. You can get it at shinywhitebox.com for $30.)

Mark Cacciatore

Mark is a freelance copywriter/CD in NYC. Before going freelance, he was an ECD, GCD, CD or ACD at oneseven, Saatchi, Y&R, Ammirati, BBDO, and DDB. To go through the work on his site, you first combine two heads representing new school and old school Mark into one mutant creature. Then you grab the mutant creature’s head and slide it down through campaigns that range from classic Cheerios TV to fun interactive banners for Ford.
