“Our ACD/copywriter will play a central role on nearly every project by connecting strategic insights to inspiring digital ideas. We’re looking for a conceptual thinker, a skilled communicator, and a valuable creative partner that knows digital inside and out. A successful candidate will show an inspiring book of work, a meticulous eye for detail, a collaborative work style, and a compelling approach when presenting ideas.

Primary responsibilities:

• Partner with art directors and multi-disciplinary teams to create strategically sound, industry leading digital concepts.
• Present to clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional and inspiring manner.
• Lead communication and content creation throughout all phases of a project, including discovery, concepting, pitching, production, and launch.
• Contribute to Grow’s communication around projects, company strategy, and community.
• Consistently expand and share knowledge of industry trends and emerging ideas.

This is a full-time position at our office in downtown Norfolk, VA. Grow offers paid relocation and temporary housing for selected candidates. We’re open to applicants of any level for this position from mid-level to ACD.
