William is a copywriter at Draftfcb in NYC. His wrap-around poster for the Global Coalition for Peace (above) is just awesome. Also dig his campaign for Oreo with Fudge. Yum.

Steffan Barry
Steffan is a copywriter at the doug agency in Toronto, Arnold and JWT before that, 10 years on the account side before that. Love how his site looks and works. Super clean and easy. Be sure to check out DOUG AGENCY in the ALT section (above). Hilarious.
Jason Carter
Jason is a freelance copywriter in LA after doing time at Ignited, DDB, Zuckerman, and The Richards Group. His Rose’s Cocktail Infusions campaign is funny. Makes me embarrassed to be a guy. Also check out his Zuckerman Self Promo. Gross, but you just know someone wore it to an agency party.
Scott Kaplan
Scott is a freelance copywriter/CD in NYC, formerly SVP/Sr CD at BBDO. Where do I start? FedEx or Ebay TV, BBC or Milky Way alt, Snickers snowboarder virals? Too much killer work. I can’t decide.
Shane Hutton
Shane is a freelance copywriter/CD in Boston, previously at Modernista! and Arnold. This is an awesome portfolio. Print is full of just wicked writing and the TV … wow. He’s got 27 spots up there. Hummer, Bud, MTV, and one of my fave spots all-time, maybe even my all-time fave, “Milky Way” for the VW Cabrio.
Scott Bell
Scott is a copywriter at Droga5. The first campaign on his site, for MTV, is stupid funny. The next one, for Swedish Fish, is just as stupid funny, and on it goes. NOTE: I’m usually not a fan of sound effects on portfolio sites, but the air horn is awesome.
Rich Black
Rich is a senior copywriter at Mullen in North Carolina. The biz card above is so cool I wanted to feature it in his post, but it’s not really representative of Rich’s work. He’s a headline writer. A good one. That’s so rare these days, I feel like I should put it in all caps. ALERT. AWESOME HEADLINE WRITER.

Martin Peters Ginsborg
Martin is a freelance copywriter in NYC, after having spent time at McCann, mcgarrybowen, Cliff Freeman, D’Arcy and Wunderman. Lots of big idea visual print campaigns in his book. My fave is his Sketchbook (in Extras, third column down). You get to see inside Martin’s brain. Which, no coincidence, is full of big idea visual madness, and I mean that in a very good way. Wish more copywriters included sketchbooks – or something like them – on their sites. How great would it be to see a Janet Champ, Brock Davis, or Max Godsil sketchbook?
Shane Durrant
Shane is a copywriter in Johannesburg, where he wrote the above campaign for CNA at The Jupiter Drawing Room (One Show 2009). He’s also a taxidermist, celebrity impersonator, novelty snack inventor and dermatologist.
John Diggins
John is a copywriter/ACD at Saatchi in Los Angeles. The work on his site is split into Online and Offline. In Online, check out the Land Cruiser site, RAV4 launch site, and Camry launch site (the remote control Camry on the landing page is FUN).
Peter Knierim
Peter is a copywriter/ACD at CP+B in Boulder. His site another example of a crazy-talented senior creative with awesome interactive work moving to a low-maintenance, free-of-charge blog. Scroll to the bottom and there’s a link to his old site, so you can check out the difference. Viva la blog!

Barbara Kopeloff
Barbara is a senior copywriter at Tribal DDB in NYC, Ogilvy and R/GA and Big Spaceship before that. With all of that awesome interactive experience, and projects like HBO Voyeur, Nike+ and OfficeMax Arcade in her portfolio, what does Barbara’s site look like? Some big interactive production? Nope. Nine projects you can click through in about two minutes. And all of the info you could want for each project, right there, easy as Sunday morning.

Anne Geri
Anne is a copywriter at Ogilvy NY, AKQA and GS&P before that. Don’t misses: Fanta, Coke.com, Court TV (above), and Anne’s blog NY Hearts You, Too.

Felipe Bascope
Felipe is a copywriter/creative consultant in Los Angeles, formerly an ACD at Saatchi. He’s got a ton of great Toyota work on his site, but check out his stuff for the Surfrider Foundation. Wow.

Jonny Watson
Jonny is an interactive copywriter/ACD at Dare, London. He shares a site with creative partner/AD/ACD Dan Harrison. I love how it’s organized. Everything is presented together in a succinct, coherent career story – how they became a team, employment history, the work, awards, all of it – on one tidy page.

Wade Paschall
Wade is a copywriter/CD in Boston, formerly a VP/GCD at Arnold. When you land on his site, you’ll see a pencil with his name on it, and right and left arrows. I recommend you go to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click the arrow way up there, then click on Print as Writer and start with Urban Decay. Just gorgeous writing. “My beautiful ten soldiers.” Love love love it.

Rick Abbott
Rick is a senior copywriter at JWT NY, BBDO before that. Don’t misses: Chewbacca Cingular spot (awesome), becomeANmm.com case study, and Rick’s ambient band MOON CAR.

Daniel Cohen
Dan is a copywriter/SVP/CD at Publicis NY, JWT and DDB before that. I like how his site works. On the left is a small, simple nav box that shifts up and down so it stays vertically centered. The main window background changes to match the product/brand of the creative being featured. And despite Dan’s years in the biz, it’s a tight book: 9 TV, 10 print, 4 web, 2 entertainment.

St. Patrick’s Day: Napper Tandy
Napper is a copywriter at David & Goliath in Los Angeles, Saatchi before that. I wonder if he knows that James Napper Tandy (1740 – August 24, 1803) was a famous Irish rebel leader? Judging by the above photo, I’m guessing he does. Happy St. Patty’s Day.

Nick Gordon
Nick is a senior copywriter at Jupiter Drawing Room in Cape Town, Ogilvy and Saatchi before that. His site is MC’s first from South Africa and it’s awesome. It’s so interesting to see the humor and the vibe of South Africa in Nick’s work. Some of it, like the above print, could be right out of Europe or the States. But some of the other pieces, especially some of the TV, definitely has a different vibe.

Greg Collins
Greg is a freelance copywriter/CD in Los Angeles, Team One before going solo. I’ve heard it said that going freelance kills your portfolio. If that’s true, then Greg is the exception. He’s been on his own for ten years and wow. His book is anything but killed.
Portfolio: gregcollinsworks.com
Justin Galvin
Justin is a senior writer at Tauntr, Arnold before that. My faves: gorgeous Pacifico vids, Billy Mays for ESPN 360, and an awesome idea for small bank Umpqua: sponsoring the smallest small biz of all, lemonade stands.
Portfolio: justingalvin.com
Gregg Nelson
Gregg is a senior copywriter at Arnold Boston, Mad Dogs and Englishmen before that. To me, his book is classic Arnold. Smart. Honest. Funny. Awesome.
Portfolio: gnlsn.com
Hayley Marks
Hayley is a copywriter at Agency Republic in London. Her work for Secret Diary of a Call Girl is amazing, especially radio (One Show silver). She also got to work with the Muppets. DING. Winner! So jealous.

Matthew Weiner
Matthew is an interactive copywriter at Publicis in Seattle. Not to be missed: HotelHellVacation.com (especially the game) and Matthew’s stand-up. Now that, my friends, is bravery. Tip o’ the Hat, Ween.
Portfolio: bigween.com
Tim Blevins
Tim is a senior copywriter at Carmichael Lynch, Colle+McVoy before that. His site is on Behance.net, which you should check out if you haven’t. (Think Facebook, but for creative portfolios.) His stuff rocks. YearbookYourself.com, PaintThatShitGold.com, Winnebago … it’s all good. NOTE: Also worth checking out but not yet up on Tim’s site are MillionBabyCrawl.com and LivingSasquatch.com.
Portfolio: behance.net/TimBlevins
Matt MacDonald
Matt is a copywriter/CD at JWT NY, Bates before that. His bio reads that his “career goal is to make advertising people don’t hate.” Well, he’s done a hell of a lot better than that. Snake a bottle of the good stuff out of your agency’s client stash, shake it up dry, and sneak off somewhere you can be alone for 15 minutes. This is a great one.

Miami Ad School Week: David Gordon
David graduated from Miami Ad School in 2009 and is now a copywriter at Razorfish in San Francisco. Lots of good stuff on his site. The third campaign, for Jolt Energy Gum, is hilarious.
Portfolio: heygordon.com
Miami Ad School Week: Louis Laurent
Louis graduated from Miami Ad School in 2009 and is now an interactive copywriter at Tribal DDB Dallas. Before MAS, he got a degree in creative writing from Iowa. During and after MAS, he interned at Fallon, Lowe, CP+B, and Energy BBDO (two months each). NICE.

Kathy Hepinstall
Kathy is a freelance copywriter/CD in Los Angeles. She’s spent time at W+K, The Martin Agency, and TBWA Chiat/Day. She’s also a novelist. Like, a Los Angeles Times Bestselling-slash-Penn Faulkner Awards West Finalist novelist.
